‘The Two Adams’. Andrew and Phaidon. We were given the name by Donald Swann, of ‘Flanders and Swann’ fame, sitting with him in our garden in London, many years before we invested a part of our lives in an olive grove in the southern Peloponnese, in the Taygetos Mountains, overlooking the Messenian Gulf. We gave our Greek home the name Eden House and started producing our own oil from the ancient trees. The Two Adams have come home.

We are now in the process of having our olive oil registered as organic (or, biological). Our olive trees grow without fertilizers, plant protection products, or soil herbicides. We allow for a natural crop of the olives so, depending on the weather, some years we have a harvest of several hundred kgs and some years of only 40 kgs of olives. The quality and purity of our oil is never compromised.
